1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 egg
2 cups dried or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts toast for aroma
if you use cake flour it will be more floppy
if you want to use butter than vage oil. it should be liquor or creamed.
sift all flours and sugar, baking powder, salt, ginger, baking soda, into a bowl that big enough. to other bowl mixing milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, egg, together and stir well. pour liquid combination into dry combination bowl little by little. stir welly. and put cranberries and walnuts to mixing bowl. then stir well.
finally pour in to baking pane(8x4) or muffin pan. preheat oven and put in it. wait 50 to 60 minutes
