There are a lot of variations of biscotti and cut-out cookies. Reflect on your experiences making these, and identify some variations you want to make. How would you prepare biscotti for the freezer, to finish at a later time? How would you prepare cut-out cookies for the freezer?
biscotti was my favorite cookie that i learned during on the class. it have very variate concept you can make with your liking ingredients. sometime we confuse about cut out cookies and sheet cookies and bar cookie but biscotti is bar cookie. and for make biscotti we store at freezer little bit for standing shape. if we put at freezer dough dent and getting together. so, it going to be easier to hold shape it self.
and for perpare cut our cookies for freezer, it is same. it is easier to hold shape when you bake
