Laminated Dough – what are some things to remember for the next time you make Danish dough? Could you combine the process of making Danish dough and making donuts? What would the result be?
maybe not it is so difference dough, danish dough usually use straight dough and it use butter to fold it and take longer time.
but donuts is more simple and it need to fry on the deep fryer. it is use enzyme with warm water usually.
if you combine process danish dough is not stand on fry .
maybe we can make donuts shape danish dough but. it is hard to mix
